Light progression door I-IV
Points the size of a pinhead become surfaces and structures. Gridded clusters define visible and omissions on the white sheet of paper. The four-part work Light progression door I-IV shows details of the artists studio door on a scale of 1:1. The etchings are based on the photograph of the closed studio door, dissolved in the grid of the inkjet print and transferred by hand to the printing plates in the original size.
